At the core of every successful tourism business there is a strategy focusing on medium and long term aspirations and driving short term goals. Due to our collective expertise and industry knowledge, we've been invited to work on a
variety of projects, whether from inception or inputting throughout.

To date our portfolio of projects has included; 

  •  Developing a marketing plan for VisitEngland for the 2012 London Olympics

  • Coordinating and managing a series of conferences as part of the South West Tourism Growth Fund (SWTGF), aimed at helping South West tourism businesses attract more international visitors. 

  • Handling the launch of the National Maritime Museum Cornwall

  • Developing the South Somerset tourism offer, including local food festival, cycle routes and equestrian tourism. 

  • Workshops on raising standards, winning awards and getting value from sponsorship

  • Providing excellence in tourism information

  • Consulting with tourism businesses to develop their branding and re-focus direction  




We work with not-for-profit organisations and public sector clients, to provide independent reviews across a full mix of marketing activities, from feasibility studies, to qualitative and quantitative research into events and festivals.
We have experience in providing supporting documents for private funding bids and tenders, drawing on tourism research, trends and expertise.
